These terms of service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Pasutam Dairy website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). By creating an account, placing an order, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms and our privacy policy.

1. Eligibility & accounts

You must be legally able to enter a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.

2. Nature of the Services

Pasutam Dairy provides a platform to browse, order, and receive dairy and related products where available. Product descriptions, images, and nutritional information are for general guidance; packaging or batch-specific details on the physical product prevail.

3. Orders & contract

When you place an order, you offer to purchase the selected items subject to acceptance. We may accept or decline orders (for example, due to stock, service area, or suspected fraud). A contract is formed when we confirm the order or dispatch it, as indicated in the app or communications.

4. Prices & payment

Prices are as displayed at checkout, subject to our pricing & returns policy. You authorise us and our payment partners to charge your selected payment method. Taxes and government levies may be added as required by law.

5. Delivery

Delivery is subject to our delivery & cancellation policy, including service areas, slots, and failed delivery scenarios.

7. Acceptable use

• No unlawful, harassing, or fraudulent activity.
• No interference with the Services, security systems, or other users.
• No resale or commercial exploitation of the Services without our written consent.

8. Intellectual property

All trademarks, logos, software, and content provided by Pasutam Dairy remain our property or that of our licensors. You receive a limited, revocable licence to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available”. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement except where such disclaimers are prohibited.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Pasutam Dairy and its affiliates shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits or data. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Services shall not exceed the greater of (a) the amount you paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim in the three months preceding the event, or (b) a nominal statutory minimum where applicable.

11. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Pasutam Dairy from claims arising out of your misuse of the Services, violation of these Terms, or violation of third-party rights.

12. Governing law & disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts at a venue we designate shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any non-waivable rights you may have under consumer protection laws.

13. Changes

We may modify these Terms. Material changes will be communicated where required. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance unless applicable law requires additional consent.
